Payment of Goods

Online Orders: Protx will process your order. Using protx allows us to give you our personal assurance that you are dealing with the highest security standards. Your order details will be processed after confirmation of payment has been acknowledged.

Telephone Orders: If you wish to pay by credit/debit card over the telephone, or have any questions, you can telephone us on 0845 2968850 (Local call charge), Monday to Saturday between 9.30am & 4.30pm. Our staff will be pleased to assist you. Your order details will be processed after confirmation of payment has been acknowledged.

Order Process: When your order has been received, stock will be checked, and we will advise you regarding availability of your selection. If we are out of stock, we will advise you of the anticipated delivery date from our supplier. Once in stock we will contact you to arrange delivery.

Delivery Arrangements: Delivery of your rug is FREE on individual rugs above the value of £99.00, within the UK mainland. It is possible to arrange deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight & the Isle of Man etc. Please ask for details. We do not offer a delivery service to other countries.

We will acknowledge your order and inform you of the anticipated delivery, which is normally within 4 working days.

Please note that we will use an independent carrier to deliver your purchase. They will not normally advise you of a delivery time. However, if you wish to have a timed delivery, we can arrange this but there would be a cost for this service.

Return of Goods

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we would be willing to refund the price of the rug in full, provided that you notify us of your intention and the reason for the return, within seven days from the delivery of the rug to your home, and follow the criteria detailed below.

  • The rug is returned in its original packaging
  • You pay for the rug to be returned to us
  • We receive the rug in its original condition

In the event that the rug is damaged before delivery, we would ask that you notify us and return the rug to us. After inspection and when we have confirmed that the rug is faulty, we will reimburse you for the carriage cost and offer you a replacement rug or a full refund.
